Very new, clean, spacious and well furnished apartment. Staff is friendly. We love the lobby with warm and welcoming lighting so even we come back late at night we feel safe. 100% recommend!

If you are looking for an apartment hotel this hotel is a great consideration. Full kitchen we DW, laundry machine and sitting area. Beds are small and the location is pretty good but it’s in an area that is transitioning from sketchy to revived so upon first impression I was concerned but there were no issues. BTW, if you can’t walk up hills and stairs, DON’T go to Porto! Front end staff were great and very knowledgeable.

This was a great hotel - great service, fabulous location, nicely appointed rooms, and a great feel of old and new. Spectacular view. The only challenging part was the parking. There really isn't a space to temporarily park to unload your vehicle and parking is about a 3-4 minute walk. The staff were very helpful to watch our vehicle though cameras while we unloaded and then watched our bags while we navigated to a local parking garage. I would recommend Pipadouro to others.

They need to explain that they have various outlets to their hotel. I booked here as it had a pool and lift, only to find on checking - I was not in “that’s part of the hotel”, which was frustrating…….

The apartment was beautiful and clean. A little construction outside but they are redoing the street but made lots of progress in the 3 nights we were there. A uphill walk from our Uber as he could not drive through the residential area due to construction but it was doable. We found with google maps but make sure if you are going to #21 or #25. We accidentally went in main building but team quickly responded via WhatsApp to get us to the right door. I definitely recommend having that app and a local eSIM for travel as even other hotel and tour vendors reached out through that. I’d make sure to message ahead of time so they know when to expect you. They had a nice port wine complimentary in our room. They provided a map and a great walk through of local places to go. We loved the Muralhas recommendation. Most beautiful tasty pastries! It was an easy walk downhill to Sao Bento station to leave. There is a popular lookout point right near the hotel many walking tours go by. It’s super close to the Clerigos tower, University and Livaria Lello. We really liked the place called Base for outdoor drinks on the rooftop. We found it to be a great area. There was mini fridge and AC you had to find remote and turn on. The one building has elevator and the other we were in didn’t have too many steps to our door about a flight. The pool and bar were nice for tired legs and feet. The view was gorgeous. There was great live music on Rua de Flores at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay in June as part of our honeymoon. Before arriving we were given a list of recommendations for the city which was fantastic as it was the first time we’d visited. On check in, we were given a map with more help from the reception team with some more recommendations which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for any more! We would highly recommend anyone to stay here

Appartement / Hôtel emplacement incroyable

Nous avons réalisé un voyage assez long d'une semaine en famille. La rue de l'hôtel était en travaux ce qui est un peu compliqué les accès mais c'est vraiment quelque chose de très temporaire. Incroyable, je n'ai pas trouvé meilleur emplacement pour être un tout petit peu excentré tout en ayant une vue extraordinaire sur Porto et le Doreau et la possibilité de visiter tous les sites touristiques dans la meilleure conditions et à pied. Au-delà de ça. Notre chambre de l'hôtel était très agréable et neuve. Nous y avons pu dormir à quatre avec deux enfants en bas âge, la cuisine était très fonctionnel et tout était parfaitement entretenu. Les équipes étaient très présentes pour pouvoir répondre à nos détails tels que des besoins supplémentaires de Menage ou des draps de bain, la piscine de l'hôtel se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue car l'hôtel est divisé en deux bâtiments. La partie piscine est-elle aussi très agréable à partir du moment où on a droit un peu de soleil et de chaleur. Les équipes de direction de l'hôtel sont jeunes et très dynamique et accessible nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et très confortable. Nous recommandons en toute tranquillité cet établissement pour pouvoir visiter Porto dans des bonnes conditions et à pied.

En underbar lägenhet med utsikt. Fantastiskt att bo rymligt och fräscht mitt i gamla stan och med pool på fastigheten. Vår utsikt från lägenheten var fantastisk, att sitta på den lilla balkongen i kvällsljuset och dricka port. Service utmärkt och god hjälp med parkering en bit bort till bra pris. Barnen uppskattade den uppvärmda poolen. Man bor perfekt här!
