「環境非常好」

「地理位置好，在教士塔旁邊，到各景點都是走路散步可以到，也接近萊蘿書店跟機場巴士站。房間乾淨，有小廚房、冰箱，附近有小超市很方便，隔音窗效果讚，聽不到街上的聲音，美中不足是要拉著行李走一段坡道才能入住，而且沒有電梯，但是接待人員很熱情，馬上可以回應問題，最後一天還可以寄放行李。」

「Great aparthotel. Excellent communication. We had a problem with the Aircon leaking when we arrived home in the evening. We let them know via WhatsApp and they moved us immediately. Really top class service! Also worth mentioning, this is in the coolest part of Porto with brilliant bars, restaurants and it is walkable to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! 」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「位置非常好 剛好再大景點中心點 另外也算鄰近地鐵站 非常方便 只是官網並沒有寫得很清楚 抵達後先按門鈴 不要打電話 服務人員就會遠端跟您聯繫幫您開們 然後上樓梯到一樓電梯門口 會有個電話 飯店就會打那隻電話過來 接起來飯店就會跟你說你的門卡在哪個密碼櫃(也在電話旁) 按下密碼就可以取得 關於城市稅 你可以進房後稍待一下 住宿人員大概20分鐘後會過來跟您收以及填寫基本資料 如果你馬上就要出門 可以跟飯店說 飯店人員會留下資料與紙條 你回來再填寫並且留下城市稅即可 隔天清潔人員會收(但是有時候會忘記) 原則上很推薦來波多入住 雖然過程有點麻煩但是公寓甚麼都有 要下廚也很方便」

「地點超方便，無論是去河邊走走，或想到舊城區不同景點都在步行距離內。 打開樓下大門即充滿驚喜，舒適、乾淨、簡潔但足夠的裝修與設備，最重要是有升降機！ 負責安排的辦公室在附近，職員態度親切，並樂意提供協助。 但要注意單位身處民區之中，請保持安靜和整潔，不要為其他人帶來不便。」

「Our stay at youropo in Villa Nova de Gaia was wonderful! We arrived early in the morning from our train and the room was being prepared so the staff there let us leave our luggage in the apartment instead of moving it to a locker which was very convinient. The apartment was clean, cozy and the view of Porto from there is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was helpful every step of the way and were always easy to reach. We will definitely book this place again in the future.」

「This is a gorgeous apartment - very spacious, with a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom downstairs and a hihe kitchen, living room, dining room, and small powder room upstairs. There's a small terrace off the bedroom and a very large one off the living room. There's an in-suite washing machine and a large drying rack that you can use in the terrace to dry two full loads of laundry very fast on a hot day. 「We had an enjoyable stay. The apartment was comfortable and had very good air conditioning which was needed in the blistering heat! It was conveniently situated within 5 minutes walk of a metro station and within 10 minutes of the railway station. Not too far to walk to the centre of Porto. There were good supermarkets nearby. Beatrix was extremely helpful and a bonus was being able to store our luggage with Beatrix after checking out so we could make the most of the day before our flight home....
