"We had a really lovely stay in the Douro Valley. Pedro at the front desk was beyond helpful. He booked us an amazing vineyard tour/tasting. Everyone was beyond helpful and friendly. The hotel is nice, clean and offers a very nice breakfast and onsite snacks. We were a little confused when we pulled into the property on where to park - the garage is under the property. The pool is beautiful and made for a nice place to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. "

"Beautiful location nice comfortable rooms. Dinner was lovely but portions a little small for my liking. Hotels own wine was lovely.
