「Th layout of our room Premium twin was very challenging. Shower Room completely transparent, opposite the only window, for 2 women sharing a room, it is VERY difficult. The long sofa faces the shower with no small coffee table to hold drinks. We travel a lot, this is one of the most difficult room to handle. BUT the staffs are wonderful: especially the dinning room Teresa and Christiane; attentive, polite and effective..thank you」

「The hotel is located at a VERY nice point to overview the bridge Luis. It´s beautiful to have the sunrise and sunset sightseeing from the hotel. Our room was in the 12th floor, the bridge is at the 14th floor level of the hotel, the room wtih river side view is preferred! The breakfast is with plenty selection of food, the cheese board, the bread and the fruit varieties are not extremely large, but already good enough to a satisfactory breakfast. 「房間空間超大，有完整的廚房與廚具(鍋碗瓢盆....)應有盡有，以及有絕美河景與Ponte Dom Luís大橋。在房間即可看波多的日出。但沒有陽台，只有窗邊臥榻區。飯店早餐採buffet式，可與服務人員點各類蛋料理(如炒蛋,煎蛋,歐姆蛋...等)及飲料。游泳池spa池雖然不大但很漂亮，需要預約(每個時段人數不多)。感謝工作人員貼心提醒，可一次預留1時段以上。飯店頂樓有露天bar，有提供酒與簡單的餐點(湯,牛排,三明治,沙拉..等)，滿好吃得且價格不會太貴。」

「Overall good stay. Hotel location is very good and is about 15-minute drive to the airport. What disappointed us was nobody helped us on luggages during the check-in. While I was parking the car in the carpark nearby, my wife had to move 4 suitcases herself from lobby to the room」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Porto. L'hôtel ayant contribué à cette satisfaction. L'hôtel est bien placé, la chambre était très propre avec une belle déco et une literie confortable. Elle était relativement bien insonorisée malgré une circulation importante devant l'hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner. Il est bien placé pour les visites à pieds Je le recommande.」

「Very new hotel and many restaurants around, very busy area during Friday to Sunday evening until 1-2am. Bathroom lighting very bad, too dark or too bright! Stay 4 nights but never refill coffee capsules. Buffet Breakfast not much choice and very crowded during weekend.」

「Loved the location of this hotel. The vibe by the river was amazing, with great little restaurants along the strip. Location to bridge/downtown Porto was so convenient, and gave us a little escape from the downtown core. Gaia has beautiful views across the water to Porto. 」
