"Very noisy for upscale hotel "

"When we got there. People were stuck in the elevator. We were told that happened on the other elevator earlier that day. We stayed for two days and only one elevator was working. The stairs the door was locked and the other set of stairs were closed. It was a fire hazard. Then I used the laundry washed my clothes was told they would have more quarters in the morning. They did not. If you’re going to have those amenities you should have quarters. Also wasn’t a very clean and upkept place "

"Rooms are nothing like what they post on the site. Rooms are old, showing their age, dirty. The pool was very dirty I would not even consider swimming. The gentleman on the desk upon my arrival was very rude and condescending , made me feel unwanted as a guest, didn’t even greet me with a hello. Very disappointed all around."

"The property is beautiful but two things that made the whole stay suck. You have to pay for parking regardless if you have a room at the hotel or not, the second thing is that the pools close at 7 pm … for crying out loud, this is a resort . "

"No where did it say valet parking was 61 each time they parked the car. The sign did say free valet. "
