「Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!」

「My husband and I could not fault The Islander. From the moment we checked in we felt like part of a large family. From the friendly smile and impeccable service from Serena at reception, to the amazing party vibe from Memory in the Hula Bar. To our wonderful friendly wait staff, bar staff, room turn over ladies. 「There were plumbing issues. After every shower, the drains would block and would take a long time before the shower water would clear, and it stunk the whole bathroom out. Around the outside of the Mitiaro building, it stunk like sewage, constantly. There seemed to be staff shortages, two days in a row without room service. I still love Rarotonga and would most definitely return. But I think there can by far be room for improvement.」

「一開始的接待就介紹的很詳盡 海灘屋安排的是304 超好 有海上屋的優點 一看出去就是海 可以下去浮潛 旁邊就是沙灘 Happy hours 每天下午兩個小時 飲料半價 附近有超級市場和餐廳 覺得resort 餐廳太貴 可以出去吃 走路不到10mins 就有好幾家唷 Resort 的員工很棒 很友善」

「our room was very clean. the two bedroom cottage was nice for our family of four. we stayed just one night before we flew back to the mainland after a two week vacation on the north shore. I wish we had dedicated a few more days to stay in the Kauai Palms and explore the south shore and Waimea Canyon, etc. the kitchen supported our final night "happy hour" and a quick breakfast in the morning. we walked from our cottage to the near by Rob's good time for a fun and good dinner.
