「The room was super clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They serve a complementary breakfast. It was not as big of a breakfast as I’ve had at other hotels mostly just eggs and sausage some cereal waffle if you want milk and juice, bagels stuff like that, but still has a free breakfast. The air conditioner was very cold and you could control it in the room for the dollar amount of the room. This was a beyond exceptional room not the best room I’ve ever had, but definitely far...

「The first room smelled like smoke, had no shower curtain, no towels, and was dirty. They moved us to another room, it smelled like mildew, the towels were dirty and wet, and the beds smelled and were damp. They had no more rooms available. Expedia tried to help, but disconnected our chat without coming to a conclusion. We had to find another hotel. We went back the next day and the owners said they’d fully refund us, but we have heard nothing since from the hotel nor Expedia. Terrible experience...

「The room smelled like wet dog. The halls smelled like weed covered up with citrus air freshener. The dishes that claimed to be clean were nasty. There were prices of food in the cabinets and under the couch. There was a blue stain on the curtains and the floor that looked like cotton candy. The door stuck. You had to run your shoulder into it to open. Shower curtain was too small for the tub. The fridge squealed every time it came on. No spoons. 1 fork.」
