「The room was clean and the air conditioning works. As it's an old building, windows may not open all the way or at all. You'll also have to carry your own luggage up/down the stairs as there are no elevators or service. Great location! Enjoyed an open bar with water and beer.」

「Casa Lucienne is a very cool place! It’s right in the middle of Old San Juan and is convenient to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops, not to mention El Morro and other historical sites.
The staff is very helpful and the rooms are comfortable. The rooms have a very cool charm, and there are great extras like a small indoor pool and rooftop terrace to hang out on.
The location is very busy, so it’s not great for parking, but it’s ideal if you want to be right in the middle of it...

「Very nice stay! We stayed here a few days prior to boarding a cruise and we were able to walk to the boat with our luggage since it was so close. Comfortable bed and linens. Quiet. Friendly staff. 」
