"When we checked into the room there was water all over the floor from a leaky air conditioner. The bathe towel in the room was dry rotted. Would not recommend. The hotel requires repair. "

"Very centrally located, couldn’t have asked for a better location. Street was a little noisy on the Saturday at night but we didn’t mind, and it wasn’t as noisy the following night but just to be aware of. Would highly recommend this place if you want to explore all that old San Juan has to offer. We enjoyed walking to both Castillos, which were only a few minutes away. Felt very safe at night walking, plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops just feet away. The kitchen was very well stocked and as a family made cooking very easy. "

"The room wreaked of mold and gave us extreme headaches. We didn’t want to sleep in our pajamas so we slept in our clothes and showered in the morning so we could head right out. The shower wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t good either. The towels just seemed not something we wanted to use but we had no choice. Check in was easy, but no help with bags and had to hike all our bags up a lot of stairs. Room is large, but the smell and visible mold was way too much. "

"We booked an ocean view balcony premiere room but was placed in a garden view room because we arrived a day late due to flight delays/weather, then we had no hot water for showering until we were placed in the original room we booked a day later, they did give us credit for good and beverages and a night free but are still waiting for the refund…. The property is spectacular and staff polite. "
