"It was a great night"

"This is a good location. The room was clean but no soap was provided for handwashing. The soap in the shower ran out. I found it hilarious that they had a huge trash bag with a note for guests to put their trash in it and leave it in the hallway for pickup at 3 PM."

"We had a missed connection in Atlanta and we were able to get a room for the night. It was perfect. Clean and comfy beds. "

"First room they gave me was on the 30th floor and key did not work , went back to attendant and they provide two keys, when we entered room, it had not been cleaned as the beds were undone. I had stayed here in the past and never had an experience like this"

"The staff were lovely but sadly they seem to have a roach problem at the Westin. I moved rooms the first time I saw a roach, but ended up leaving the hotel early when the second room also had roaches. They need to do some work on the property. Not a comfortable stay."

"Lower floor rooms were musty and 85 degrees. I was moved to the seventh floor, which was lovely."
