「Room was nice!」

「The room was not ready at check-in time. When we got into the room, it was filthy. The bathroom sink didn’t work. The tub drain didn’t work. And it took three tries to fix the stove burner. Front desk lady was not nice at all.」

「The pictures are very deceiving. Our sheets were dirty and had to be changed, we were provided 3 towels and 1 wash cloth for 4 people, and when we went to the front desk to get more towels, the woman at the front desk told us to get them ourselves. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I would not walk around without my shoes on. In the morning we found a cockroach on the floor, killed it, and brought it to the front desk in a tissue. Since we booked through Expedia, the property couldn't help...

「The entire motel is run down and dirty! The first room we were given had an unassembled AC unit on the floor next to the bed. The second room did not have running water. We went to the office again and were told that there was a pollution problem a few months ago, so just let the water run. We asked for a bottle of water to brush our teeth. They told us they don’t provide water to guests that we could go up the street to a store! We opened the tap when we returned to the room and the water...

「The only positive note on this property is the cleanliness of the room. Stairwell is totally neglected since we used it because the elevator runs at a very slow pace. Everything in the room is of the lowest quality, from the sandpaper TP to the towels and the shower head that is extremely dated filled with calcium and I could not stand under to rinse.
