「Very welcoming, friendly staff. Small clean room with all the amenities we needed. Comfortable bed, desk, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, microwave, mini frig, more. The only downside was the very short sink in the small bathroom. The coffee and breakfast pastries and bananas on table under the tree were nice to have to start the day off.」

「This was our 6 or 7 time at The Reeds. We love Stone Harbor and The Reeds is the only place we would stay. The staff from check in to check out couldn’t be more helpful. We met the President and GM this trip. A special shoutout to Diane, concierge! She’s wonderful and has gone above and beyond each time we’ve been there」

「Wow we were very disappointed this time staying here. I believe we had the room furthest from the beach. And the worst thing is the air conditioner broke in our room. What they did was bring in a portable machine hook it up to the balcony slider door. Now this means we cannot use our balcony or lock this door and the noice from this machine was deafening. I believe I should be compensated one night. 😟」

「We recently stayed here for two nights and overall had an enjoyable experience. We felt safe throughout our stay, and the location was excellent, just one block from the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool was a highlight since it gets sun throughout the day. The motel is older, but it was generally clean. There were a few marks on the walls and bathroom door, and while the shower grout wasn’t bad, it could have used a deeper cleaning. Parking was convenient,...

「Hotel common areas are nice and clean. Nothing like the pictures posted, but still adequate. Individual rooms are spacious and provide comfort away from home. The staff was helpful and did their best to accommodate our needs. My only complaints were (1) the parking, which was very tight given the amount of rooms/guests and (2) the pool is very tiny and fills up quickly, as it is shared with the neighboring hotel.」

「Great price and place for the location on the Boardwalk! Access to three pools was a plus for the kids. Not to mention the proximity on the beach. Just wish the staff was able to provide a little more information about the area and that they had better communication amongst the staff so that they answered our questions accurately」
