"Very clean hotel. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Staff were great. Hit breakfast. Shirt driving distance to restaurants. Will stay there again when in the area"

"This was an older hotel that received a modern facelift. The bathroom still has the old bathtub & is pretty basic. The bathroom door squeaks quite a bit and the luggage rack needs repair. The back of the hotel is higher than the front, so each floor is split into 2 levels, A & B. Fortunately, there's an elevator for those with heavy suitcases. The lobby area is refreshingly modern, with a cute food cart & free hot beverages. Continental breakfast is decent with various options. All in all, it's a clean environment & pretty good for the price! "

"They loved my dog Stella, giving her homemade treats and a cute bandana! Very welcoming everywhere at the property including the formal dining room, she was complimented the entire time on her exemplary behavior. The staff here is second to none, the room stunning as well as the lodge and the views. Next time we will make sure to bring some grocery items since it is VERY remote, but a wonderful place because of it."

"Nice place to stay! Love the contemporary styling of the room which was good sized with a large bathroom. The bathroom was spotless. The shower was large, bright with very hot water and good pressure. It was nice that there was a decent restaurant on the top floor. This a good place to stay if you’re traveling through the area even though it’s off the highway a few miles. "

"I’m surprised that Holiday Inn lets this hotel operate under the IHG banner. This hotel is not up to General Holiday Inn standards. The rooms have that foul, musty smell. The sink did not drain properly. The shower water was mildly warm at best. I realize it is an older hotel but there is zero effort to keep it modern. Such a shame. I booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com) and prepaid for 4 breakfasts. The hotel claims to have no record of this. Now I have to see how to handle that misstep. Terrible experience from a traveler who generally trusts the Holiday Inn brand name. "
