「Pretty nice hotel. If hotel can add water boiler or coffee maker, it will be even better.」

「This was our first stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites. We reserved two rooms and checked in late. Our destination was Chattanooga, Tennessee, and this location was conveniently situated halfway on our drive from Norfolk, Virginia. The front desk staff who assisted us was very friendly and courteous. He was also very helpful when we needed assistance obtaining coffee from the lobby. I would rate this experience five stars if not for a small issue: I noticed a dried, sticky substance on the blanket....

「Room was freezing and in need of a simple chair. There were pleny downstairs but not in the room. You need a chair to dress and put shoes on. Also when you finish riding you don’t want to sit on the bed. Also kitchen needed a drying rack paper towels or dish cloths. Beds were comfortable and location great. View of falls wonderful. Does the tv work downstairs?」

「The property was a great choice. Although it is in the middle of nowhere, I’d travel just to stay back at this property. It was very clean, like very clean from entering on the property, inside lobby, fitness center and my room. I loved the wine bar that was inside the hotel lobby, the breakfast had great options and my room was comfortable besides me not knowing hours to close the main curtains to block out the street light which was directly in front of my room. 「I booked this hotel with the expectation of a pool. Booked it in May and come to find out the pool has been being renovated since November and no where on the website does it say that!! No one from the hotel contacted me to let me know. And then they wouldn’t refund me anything for not having all the amenities! They have lost my business and we normally stay here once a year on our way to vacation!!」
