Mountain Lake Lodge

Mountain Lake Lodge

8/10 Good
"We very much enjoyed our stay at the lodge but did have a couple of concerns worth sharing. The staff was generally friendly and helpful as we needed ice for my wife's medicine to stay cold and the ice machine in the lodge was failing for the time that we were there and staff provided it from the kitchen. The room was clean however many other parts of the lodge were lacking in that regard. The window sills adjacent to the tables out on the balcony must not have been cleaned for weeks at best and is a good example. The service at the restaurant was decent however both days we stayed the breakfast was delayed from opening and not all of the food options were ready. It was almost like staff was too late each day to be ready to open. The iconic parts of the hotel were very well marked and very well kept and that is essentially what made the stay worth it."
