「It was not brought to our attention that traveling by a rentable golf cart is the preferred mode of transportation around the resort Also, we had a problem with ants the last day We booked Spa activities and was not told that it was not really a good idea to go on foot that golf cart or vehicle instead of a 1 mile hike straight up the mountain」

「The staff was just exasperated bc they have no one to work. I had to change rooms bc the first room had not been cleaned and the 2nd room I was given was "cleaned" but I had to change the sheets bc the bed has been slept in and made up over dirty sheets. NO one is there for the breakfast area and there was no coffee made bc the front desk person had nit had time to make it. Absurd. Only one lady for housekeeping had shown up for work and the only other employee was the front desk clerk. I...

「Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.」

「There were no amenities except a bottle of water when we checked in. There was no soap, etc in the bathroom and only 2 towels for 3 of us. The parking lot was in poor shape. There were holes in curtains which let light in and the bed spread were thread-bare. We paid a couple of hundred dollars but did not feel safe.」
