Overpriced

The hotel was overpriced due to Parents Weekend. One elevator did not work. Made for long wait times. For the price paid (3 times the amount of a no - Parent Weekend)… the breakfast should be free!

For visiting the VA Tech area.

After a long drive and then a family funeral, this hotel actually became a refuge from the stress. The staff was outstanding and the rooms very clean and comfortable. For being so close to a major roadway, the rooms were surprisingly quiet! Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was in good condition, but the toilet kept running and needed maintenance. The cafe area for breakfast wasn’t in excellent condition and the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. Finally, we specifically booked this hotel for pool access but it was not open.
