「预定了双床房，给我的是大床房，我反馈了以后，换了房间。因为房间在楼上，没有电梯，也没有服务员帮忙，所以服务不是很满意。其它都是比较中规中矩，价格不便宜，性价比不高。」

「First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home.
