My daughter and I stayed one night. We had come to Stratford to see As You Like It at the Shakespeare theater. Everything about the hotel was wonderful! It was very conveniently located; the staff was extremely friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet was delicious!
Our room was upgraded to a king with an extra single bed. Room also had a table and 2 chairs and very clean. Convenient to everything in town. The hotel was very close to the train station which was very convenient.
Hotel was great— cannot comment on breakfast. Since breakfast wasn’t included! and rather pricey at an additional $30, we strolled downtown and enjoyed delicious fresh pastries at a little bakery we found there. Cherry almond croissant and hot chocolate for me, a huge sausage roll for my husband at less than half the price.
We prefer breakfast to be included when we stay in hotels.
Great reception staff checking us in was friendly and very swiftly completed.
Housekeeping every day and room left immaculate on return
Superb buffet breakfast with a huge choice.
Our second stay at this venue and it will not be our last
Fantastic location for exploring Stratford-upon-Avon and all it has to offer and all within walking distance
As usual the staff were brilliant, from check in to check out, in the dining room and in the bar, we were looked after professionally, courteously and in a friendly manner. THe food was good too. Many thanks,
We were in a newly renovated room which was lovely. Amazing air-conditioning! Easy parking and great location. Highly recommended

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. However it is let down by being slightly run down, the beds could do with replacing, and it was somewhat noisy, from neighbouring rooms.
The property was excellent, the air conditioning amazing, the breakfast very good. My only issue was there was a bathtub in the room with no separate shower. The fabric curtain wrapped itself around you and clung and the water pressure was feeble. When the hotel is refitted take the baths out for safety
We had a good stay, in a lovely room. The breakfast (buffet) was good and the staff very efficient.
The hotel is convenient for the centre and crucially there's plenty of parking.
No complaints!
We had a lovely stay, the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, we needed an early check in, wasn’t a problem, bonus having parking on site and plenty of it. A lovely warm complimentary cookie on arrival to.
The room war very spacious very clean, lovely bathroom with a bath. Toiletries lovely too comfy bed.
We will definitely stay again when visiting Stratford as a perfect position.

Friendly staff on reception. Breakfast was very good and the staff again helpful and friendly. Comfy bed too.
Clean, friendly, parking good, maybe coffee both in the breakfast room and certainly the bedroom could be improved.
Comfortable beds.
But this is my go to hotel when I stay in Stratford.
Easily accessible esp from the West of UK.
We were very pleased. A slightly older hotel very well maintained. Easy walking down to the river and attractions. The room was spacious and very dark for sleeping. Staff and dining areas all fine. Would recommend!
The hotel was easy to find, and there was ample parking. From check-in to check-our, the staff were excellent, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The price of the hotel, breakfast and drinks were reasonable. Lastly, the hotel is a short walk from the centre of town, with ample eateries.
Had a lovely two night stay at the the Double Tree by Hilton at Stratford Upon Avon.
Located within easy walking distance to the town centre. There is plenty of parking, although even guests have to pay which is wrong.
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was excellent, although our used plates weren't cleared from our table very promptly.
Rooms were clean and well kept.
We loved the hotel itself as it was smart, comfortable and clean.
The staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was very good, but we didn't like the fact that the staff cleared away everything on the stroke of 10.
We were disappointed that we had to pay £11.50 for parking at the hotel as this had not been made clear when we made the booking.
