Very relaxing overnight stay at The Malvern - Fionnula on the check in desk was so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and my partner and I felt very looked after. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries provided. The spa itself is amazing with lots of different types of hot rooms and jacuzzi to relax in. I would definitely stay at The Malvern again! Thanks so much all.

Staff are more than helpful and friendly. Facilities are lovely especially the pool at night time! Only bad thing is the breakfast isn't that nice and you don't get much on your plage. The full English breakfast didn't taste all that nice and it definitely isn't a full breakfast

Overall a good stay. Our room didn’t have air con, so very warm, and the toilet seat needed replacing. Not sure if there is a limit regarding the amount of people who use the spa, but it was very busy the day we visited.

The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.

Room was okay, but the curtains had lots of stains on and the TV was very small. Bathroom toilet seat was also stained with urine. Cooked breakfast was great with a good variety of choices. The buffet looked lovely but needed to be covered as there were flies all over it. Lovely lounge area and pool. Cocktails were expensive 2 for £22 and that was a special offer! Very busy hotel. Pool area was packed and all the loungers occupied. I prefer something a bit quieter personally, but okay if you don't mind it being busy. Was offered flip flops at check in which I accepted, unfortunately they were used, so I didn't wear them.

I actually enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a classic double room and it was bigger than it looked in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed (hot drinks, Elemis shampoo, body wash). Some slight wear and tear on the furniture (warped side tables and desk) which is easily fixed and will make the room near perfect. The only issue we did have was this thinness of the walls and ceilings. We were woken by people walking in their room above us and could hear people using their toilet in the room next door/above. The breakfast was amazing. Lovely staff and quick ordering/service. Delicious coffee! Lots of nice options from the continental and the made to order breakfast. We did use the spa facilities but didn't have much time due to the nature of our stay. Nice and clean, warm pool. Robes and flip flops provided. We didn't have any treatments. I would stay here again!
