"Great location, great service. It’s a walking distance to the kelingking beach. We stayed two nights there so we can have whole day to spend at the kelingking beach. It was quite challenging to climb down to the beach and climb back again. There’s no public toilets nearby, the only ones belong to the local shops which you have to pay and does not look so clean. "I didn’t even stay at it and what I paid was lost, the property was so dirty and unsafe. There was a dog entering the pool. Mosquitos everywhere. No communication around the area and the wifi wasn’t working. The furniture is so old and bathroom is dirty with no toothbrushes, shampoos, conditioners.. etc. the pictures were so fake and I hope I can get my money back as I went to another hotel and didn’t sleep there at all."

"A very special place on the quiet side of Penida, literally a sanctuary. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best it possibly can be. We loved the swim up bar, having breakfast on our villa balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunrise, having relaxing baths with a view & the delicious dinners in the restaurant. We were so sad to leave & only hope we get the chance to visit again some day :)"

"Great property with incredible service. The pool facilities were great for families. There is also an adults only pool for a quieter atmosphere. We really enjoyed the facilities for kids and the day spa. We had a family room, which was spacious with a separate dining and living room. Great for a family. The only issue was the incredibly uncomfortable sofa in the living room. Made the bed the only space to relax. "

"The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful serene hotel in the heart of the rainforest. Our villa had an infinity pool which was beautiful and the outdoor hotel infinity pools were also phenomenal. We couldn’t get into the spa as it was booked out but that would have been excellent too. We had an amazing time at this resort and the service was phenomenal. "

"Best buffet breakfast ever. Loads of options no matter what your diet. The beach wasn’t the cleanest, but the access was easy and there was sand at the pool to give that “on the beach” effect. Pool was heated. Service was TOP TIER. Very safe, they had military-like guards at the entrance and you have to drive a lil ways to get in. Comfy beds. Cleanliness was ehn. Could’ve been better, but not bad. I would go back TOMORROW if I could. "

"Breakfast choices was amazing anything you could want for breakfast was there from Asian and sushi to crepes and omelettes Amazing service by staff that would remember your name and room number Special acknowledgment to Widha and Dian for the friendly service and help The rooms were good size and very comfortable pillows and beds. Yoga who cleaned my room did a great job impressing me with his towel creations. I found the front desk to be helpful and super accommodating. The pools are beautiful and the property is stunning very lush and well maintained. Highly recommend a stay here for warm Balinese hospitality "
