"Am conflicted about this review. I would definitely recommend people stay here. At check in I’m pretty sure we were forgotten. There were many people checking in at 2pm (recommend come much earlier or much later). We were told to wait in the lounge for 10 minutes. After more than half an hour I went to check with reception. There was no other guests there and they served me straight away though I wonder if anyone would have come back to get us. Upside is that I accidentally booked a twin and they happily converted to king. As a couple on our 50s with no children I wouldn’t stay here again. It is very well suited as a family resort and there were many families there. The traditional Balinese style buildings and rooms were lovely. We appreciated our anniversary surprise very much. All the staff were very accomodating. Lots of options at the buffet breakfast. I would definitely recommend for others, and we had a pleasant experience just wasn’t our ideal accomodation. "

"Stayed in the two bedroom villa with family. Was great to be able to stay in the same villa but have separate rooms. The private pools and access to the lagoon behind (only accessible to villas) was truly incredible. The service throughout the entire resort was amazing, very attentive and the butler service included with the villa stay made our stay that much better. While some of the things around the resort required some maintenance such as the shower heads near the beach almost everything else was well-maintained and very clean. While many beaches around Bali are known for having litter and debris on the beach, the beach was very well maintained and clean throughout the area. The beach was within walking distance from our villa and they provide beach towels and loungers for all guests. There were QR codes at each lounger for ease of ordering and there are staff walking around to take your order. Alternatively, you can walk to the beach bar for a drink/food. We also used the spa at the resort and it was wonderful. Staff were amazing, very professional and everything was very hygienic. You can tell the staff take pride in their work and really put the effort in to make the guests have a great experience. Without question would stay here again, especially in the villa. "

"This resort may be the best I have ever stayed at. Massive yet cozy, beautiful beach that had hardly anybody it seemed. Gentle waves. I seaweed or pollution. I was just in awe. People like Ari helping serve at the pool. The people are so kind and gentle - to guests and to one another. Brilliant place. Will visit again FO SHOOOOUUURE!!!"

"Amazing staff , service and hotel. Have stayed here before in the main hotel 6 or 7 years ago.Stayed in the palace which is a little dated, pool deck in poor state and needs to be improved. Staff though throughout the hotel great. Great cocktails and snacks though beer average. Need more choice.beers."

"A stunning resort, beautiful beach with cabanas. Staff are very service focused. Just lay back and relax, anything that should take 5 minutes takes 50 minutes here. Check in was not private, everyone could hear our room rate, bed type etc. however, they did provide access to our room for Early arrival. My favorite part was the private beach, Lunch in one of the free cabanas, we even loved the rain while lounging. Hotel location in Nusa Dua is adjacent to a few other high end resorts, but requires 20 minute Taxi rides to get into town. Two areas of improvement for the hotel to manage screaming children in the Lagoon and very loud groups in the Restaurants, which prompts me to book another resort in the future. Overall spacious rooms and in room amenities are good. Management did not offer any accommodation for the negative feedback during our stay. The concierge was super helpful with shipping quotes."

"We were staying from 16 to 20 Feb. Firstly I was allocated a room that was very damp and has a stench smell. We managed to change room. However pillows in the new room has a smell like a damp smell and we gotten them to change immediately. After changing we still face the same issue. We had to sun it from our room balcony. After two nights I discovered my neck and my hands have some bites like from bed bugs. I suspect it is bed bugs. I also discovered a lot of crumps near the bed and caught a cockroach. Towel provisions is not consistent. We have two people but towel replacement is only one sometimes. I do not wish to write such a review but I thought it’s important for the 5 star hotel to provide cleanliness for their guest. Overall the hotel service of staff is good. We have to give credit for this point. "
