「價格OK，住宿環境很不錯，雙床房的床很大，和照片看到的相同，附贈的礦泉水是大罐的，覺得很好，小小可惜的是我住的雙床房間只有淋浴設施，沒有可自由沖洗的蓮蓬頭(但朋友的大床房有)，接駁車班次偏少，11點沒有，要事先和櫃檯預約，回程也要記得預約。走到烏布皇宮約15~20分鐘左右，下坡路段不算難走，早餐的部分是可以單點的，雖然和想像的不同，不過還不錯。服務人員大致都很不錯。」

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「我們住的是上、下兩層別墅。上層的那個客廳清涼得很十分寫意。地方清潔環境寧靜，偶爾有雞的啼叫, 小鳥叫聲。在這裡有免費下午茶及甜點提供。 早餐十分豐盛。是下單後現煮，所以要點時間 我女兒早上還跟正在拜神的服務員學拜神，他們都很有禮貌 別墅更提供手提電話，方便當客人外出後，叫車接回別墅。這裡離烏布市不遠，車程約8分鐘 在這裡可能提供奢華的感覺，沒有大型泳池，但這裡確相當迷人」

「The Elements by Westin was a great hotel to stay in, nice location close enough to Ubud City Center, but not that close to feel the frenzy of it. This resort is for those looking for peaceful, lush green surrounding which have been beautifully and lovingly maintained. Our villa was spacious and had a rustic authentic Balinese charm, not polished and sterile but clean and full of character. Each and every member of staff was helpful and polite, a real credit to the resort. 100% recommended 」
