"We were a family of 4 and had booked one BR suite, but were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the Villa with private pool. The staff were very pleasant and always happy to help. The villa was large and well maintained. The outdoor pool both at the villa and the property were clean and well managed. The views from the bar at the lobby level, infinity pool and the room were all stunning. Overall a great stay. Will come back to the hotel whenever I return to Ubud"
