The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long.

The staff members are very kind and nice. Breakfast was wonderful. However, the room smelt bad with humility and is full of mosquitos. I had to ask for a plug-in repellent. The laundry came back clean but with a strong unpleasant sent of detergent. The spa was disappointing - not a bad price but ...
