They are so friendly, the room was clean (except the fridge but it was probably old), and it was so spacious! They scheduled our transportation from the airport and checked on us everyday. We loved it here and would book again. I had to screenshot videos for the reviews as I didn't take pics.

Hotel, room, and restaurant all excellent. The only problem I had was our rooms were Agasai 1 and 2. Both are next to the street so you can hear cars late at night. And the worst part is Circle K convenience store next door had locals hanging around till 3 am talking and laughing loud that kept me up. Ask for other rooms instead of 1 or 2.

Very nice staff. The internet service was cut off while I was presenting in a zoom meeting. It was not their fault but still annoying. Internet speed was generally good otherwise. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa. The bedrooms were NOT connected to the living room!! We needed to go outside in the rain to go to the bedrooms in the rain. It was not a great experience. The water pressure of the shower was super weak. It took me ages to wash my hair. The property seemed to have been renovated a bit but still had an old, “patchwork job” atmosphere. The pictures in Expedia looked 200% better than reality. Overall stay was okay. Again, the staff including the front, kitchen and cleaning were all very nice.

Fantastisk ophold med vidunderligt personale som gjorde, hvad de kunne for at give os en dejlig oplevelse. Og det lykkedes de rigtig fint med. Skulle jeg til Ubud igen, ville jeg bestemt overveje at bo her endnu en gang.

The pool area needs a spray as the ants crawled all over us and were nesting in the chairs. The bed was not comfortable but the room was nice. Restaurant food is limited especially for breakfast and we found a hair in our satay! Staff were excellent at both front desk and restaurant.

We stayed at Bumi 4, what a paradise! Bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom is nice and big. Living room is big with a great pool view. Amenities to cook are limited. Although the bathroom and rooms could have a bit of renovation (ceiling, AC). Saw some reviews from people complaining about the bugs in the villa, hey, what are you expecting? you're in a island, embrace and enjoy this beautiful place.

Really enjoyed our private pool and spacious room. Staff were immensely kind and polite. Breakfast tropical pancakes were the best thing we’ve ever tasted. Beautiful resort with good privacy and great service.
