Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb. Mais dès l’arrivée, déception, le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais seulement l’indonésien ce qui est très peu pratique, La chambre est extrêmement sale, de la poussière partout qui s’entasse depuis des mois, des excréments de rongeurs sur le lit, des trous dans les draps, la salle de bain est terrible, la baignoire crasseuse et fissurée, peu de lumière, la peinture qui se...

「We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know.
