「Very friendly people!!」

「The rooms were not clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, in the bedrooms and eating areas. Quite a frightening experience. The other problem was there is no direct road access to the hotel, cars will have to stop outside along the roadside and the luggage and bags will have to be unloaded at the roadside. We had to walk about 5-10 mins to the hotel, amidst the padi fields while the hotel staff helped to bring our luggages via a motorbike. It’s a nice walk if it’s in the morning, but...

「We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

「Il n’y a eu personne tous le long du séjour. Nous étions livré à nous même pour 3 jours et nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude le dernier jour. À éviter. Il y a aussi une taxe pour entrer dans la zone de l’hôtel.」

Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb.
