"スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで楽しい滞在となりました。 ウブド市内を色々周りたい用事があってトランスポートをお願いしたら2時間で20万ルピアでリーズナブルにそしてドライバーさんもとても親切に対応してくださいました。 歩いてすぐの所にピザ屋さんがたくさんあり、また10〜15分くらいでカキアンカフェやスーパーもあるので便利でした。 残念な点は、部屋の匂いと蜘蛛が出たことです。 シャワーも温度調節が難しのと、シャワーヘッドが小さくて使いづらかったです。"

"Great service by the resort staff Dayu Made and her colleagues. Extremely accommodating with their willingness to make sure that we feel comfortable during our stay. Generous servings of food during meals. They even threw in a cake free of charge for my son’s birthday during our stay. Definitely recommended for families who like nature-surrounded resort places👍"

"Definitely not the experience promoted by user comments. A bit dirty. Had to move rooms because first toilet was broken. Both toilet seats fall off when you lift them. Handprints all along walls. Place needs a scrub down. Staff was really nice however. Pleasant and accommodating. "
