"This resort was perfect. The location is central to restaurants, malls, massage parlors and everything else. The resort has a very big pool and a swim up bar which we enjoyed! Our room overlooked the pool and was very spacious and clean. The cleaning service team even left me a "happy birthday" surprise on my bed which I loved and surprised me with a small cake later that evening. We loved everything about this resort and would definitely return."

"We had a family room for 5. It was a bit tight but it worked for us. The large balcony provided extra living space and we made it work. We stayed 4 nights at the end of our 3 weeks in Bali. We just wanted a rest spoke where relaxing was the focus. My kids are 12 10 and 7 they enjoyed the pool slide and resort run pool side activities. We didn't use kids club. There were a lot of families and a lot of Aussie drinking. There is a small adults only section that was very quiet and good to relax away from all the noise of families but not to far away. Food options were good. We liked the Irish pub. We also had a photo shoot and were very happy with the photos. We walked to shopping centre and to the beach and along the waterfront."
