"We had a room that had connecting doors and the person next door had their TV on all night loud so I would not recommend connecting rooms. Also we had a room that was wheelchair friendly but when showering the water went everywhere even behind the floor behind the toilet. The kettle in the room to make tea/coffee was broken and my husband burnt his hand lifting the handle. We alerted reception they were very good"

"Un hôtel agréable à vivre très confortable. Un petit déjeuner buffet bien garni. Une arriver avec un jus d’accueil et puis un petit snack offert. Un personnel accueillant, souriant et serviable. Une chambre avec un grand lit moelleux et confortable. Une grande piscine, une salle de sport un spa aussi. Une navette pour l’aéroport inclus pas mal et service de change au bas de l’hôtel utile je vous recommande. En face le lippomall avec plusieurs magasin et restaurants."

"We had a lovely stay at Conrad Bali and really enjoyed our time there. The resort was comfortable, well maintained, and in a convenient location with easy access to the main road, local shops, restaurants, and nearby places. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we had a very pleasant experience."

"The only reason its not a 5* review is because of aj 2 day Indian wedding which in my opinion took away our privacy. I invited friends to dine on Monday evening and there was no table available at which we could converse without the wedding celebrations obliterating our conversation- very upsetting as it was a one off opportunity. 😢"

"Hard Rock Hotel has to be the best resort to stay at in Kuta. The staff are amazing, the amenities could not be better and it is so central in Kuta - whilst making sure you feel like you are in your own oasis. My family LOVED staying here on our recent holiday and we'll definitely be back!!!"
