「I like the design and staff of the villa. The private pool is amazing too. But there are a lot of different type of insects in the villa, like centipede, mosquito, gecko and ants. I am concerned with the cleaniness of the villa since many moving ants are on bed even the staff had cleaned the room. Also, we have to ask the staff to fix the hot water before bathing everyday. 」

However, it's worth noting that there were very limited grocery shopping options nearby, and the nearest superstores required a long walk—often without proper sidewalks. 「前往UBUD的各個景點都比KUTA近上許多，房間不錯，但是沒有照片中的那麼好。浴室沒有門，翻牆及可以進到房間，感覺不安心。」

「根本超乎想像，價錢極之便宜，還害怕會與圖片不相符，誰知給了非常非常大的驚喜，別墅非常非常大，足夠空間活動，廚房碗碟杯等等也齊全，很整潔舒適，而且所有東西也很新。唯一不方便的便是酒店附近全是田園，沒有什麼店舖等，所以所有東西也要買完才可回酒店。主人房廁所花園有一隻貓媽媽生了一隻小貓，相信只有兩個月大，為三晚住宿帶來不少樂趣😆👍😬。」

「We have loved the staff! They are absolutely the best and always willing to help us. We appreciate everything they did for us. Banana pancake is my favourite ❤️ Good massage. Possibility to rent moto-bike on site. The owner/manager of the property is very interesting and nice person. He cares a lot about the guests. Good location for the visiting of main attraction in Ubud and very silent place. 」

「It was such a pleasure to stay at Sarini Villas. The vilas are amazing, totally private in a beautiful surroundings, it makes you feel like in a bubble out of time, perfect to relax. Anggu and his father are so kind and attentive, the only problem is that one does want to leave :)」

The green mould growing around the exhaust fan, black mould and small mushrooms growing around the toilet, silicone in the shower, and on the tiles: not to mention white mould coming through on the bedroom feature wall cement rendering.
