Have stayed here a few times and always enjoy my stay here. All staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. They never fail to greet you on the way out and in. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff always leave short greeting notes with occasional small gifts to make you feel welcome when returning to the room after a day out. Highlight of the stay is always the breakfast. A great variety of different type of food with a noodles station, egg station, waffle station even a chocolate fondue fountain and ice cream. The hotel is also conveniently located in the beachwalk mall which a large variety of shops and restaurants to choose from.

This hotel is brand new, very clean, and overall a really nice place to stay. The rooms feel modern and comfortable, and it’s conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast is genuinely very good — much better than many other places we’ve stayed — and the pool area is also lovely, perfect for relaxing. However, accessing Kuta Town Center from here isn’t the easiest, as it’s not as directly connected as other locations. Also, the entrance to the hotel is a bit dodgy, since it’s located deep inside a shopping centre, which can feel confusing and not very welcoming when you first arrive. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, with great facilities and a very nice atmosphere — it’s just the access and surroundings that could be improved.

Excellent short stay at Hotel Aloft Kuta.

Conveniently located at Kuta area, next to Beachwalk mall. Hotel is new, very clean and well maintained. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.
