"The resort is beautiful! Its little out of the way but perfect location. Close enough to all the touristic areas. Staff was amazing..always attentive and friendly. Breakfast had a huge variety for western options and Balinese. We booked a family room one with 3 twin beds and another with a king and twin bed. The rooms were very spacious. We were a party of 5. They have 2 separate pool areas, which was perfect. I Highly recommend this place! Beautiful resort and amazing staff with delicious food and drinks! Would definitely come back and stay here again. "We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. "It is in a quiet-er area of Sanur on a street filled with shopping, massage and dining options. Staff was very nice. Hint: for transportation, instead of using hotel-arranged expensive option, use Grab an Uber-like app used in Indonesia as well as Singapore"
