Beautiful property and pool. The staff is very kind and helpful. We were welcomed by Ayu at the reception. She's a trainee, but is very well skilled, speaks excellent English and extremely kind and welcoming. She gave us room 8203, a very nice room overlooking the pool and temple. Wayan the restaurant manager runs things smoothly and is great company. We had a lot of contact with him and he taught us a lot about Balinese culture and Bahasa. Then there's the bartender Wira, he has the friendliest smile, talks a lot and makes every cocktail you want. He is very tallented as well and is also a trainee. Every hotel needs a Wira at their bar! Septiana works in the restaurant and is a lot of fun. She entertaines the guests, serves everything you ask for and knows a lot about Ubud and where to go or not. Overall they have a lot of friendly tallented trainees like Ayu, Wira (Lola), Ari, Dewa and Rani. They made us feel right at home. They do have excellent staff to teach them. Murkanti, Garet, Gus Dwi and Septiana lead the hotel and restaurant excellent. Thanks to them we had a great time and will come back to this beautiful hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at The Hava Hotel Ubud and would love to come back again. All the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and a special shoutout to Guluh, who was exceptionally helpful and genuinely warm throughout our stay. The hotel has a nice gym that was perfect for quick workouts, and while the food was just okay, everything else made up for it. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hava! Everything from the property to the outstanding staff to the food, spa and surrounding area was superb. We did the cooking class onsite and had so much fun- the staff really made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!!

Hava Ubud is a great hotel and the staff are incredibly friendly and there to assist you with all matters. In particular, Arie, was always there to help us, great us, and make sure we were all good. The hotel is nearby restaurants and so I would say it’s best to eat outside as the breakfast and food at the hotel isn’t the best. The pool is lovely and relaxing when there aren’t kids running around and throwing stones. This would be the perfect hotel if it was adults only - it was hard to relax at times.

Buffet breakfast with a la carte menu was phenomenal! Everyday fresh fruits and pastries, plus a menu to order off from.
Fresh juices and fruit for breakfast!
Beautiful pool area, new deck being installed.
Rooms were very clean and beautiful. Room service and cleaning daily- sometimes evening cleaning offered as well. Fresh fruit in the room with cleanings.
