The staff always had a smile always ready to help. I did have an incident where someone was trying to open my door - a little unnerving but nothing like an island scare :). 「Hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to message her on WhatsApp for whatever I needed. Pool is nice and clean. We even had a massage right in our room. Hotel offers taxi service, tours and bike rental. Definitely would recommend a stay at the Dagan Bungalows. 」

「共入住4晚，第二晚發現床上有不少沙，相信由上層地板隙跌落嚟，實在難以接受，職員有建議換房，但實在太多嘢要執過，所以拒絕了; 上下層只隔一層木地板， 除第一晚外，一早一晚都聽著上層行嚟行去、傾計、睇電視、執嘢同跌嘢聲，除上層噪音外，仲有雞叫、狗叫、傾計聲、車聲同浪聲全晚交響樂，影響睡眠。選擇這旅館是因為在海邊方便下水，但其實並不適合游水，水質太差，垃圾太多，可惜……」
