"We love this hotel though it’s an older style. The location for us is ideal and the walk along the beach for sunrise is fabulous. Great clean pools and lovely staff. Close to shops and restaurants and a nice open feel. Main issue are the beds. Very, very hard with firm mattresses but view over pool and beach is worth it. Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Good for families or couples."

"I had a fabulous stay at Merusaka. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely throughout. My room was beautiful, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless each day. I really appreciated the option of an à la carte breakfast — the food was freshly prepared and the setting felt calm and relaxed. In contrast, the main buffet restaurant was quite crowded, and the variety and quality didn’t quite meet expectations. There were also a noticeable number of flies around the food. That aside, the grounds are stunning and the resort offers a great range of facilities, making it an overall enjoyable stay."
