「The Elements by Westin was a great hotel to stay in, nice location close enough to Ubud City Center, but not that close to feel the frenzy of it. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, we really enjoy the pool and the quiet surroundings, the breakfast buffet was very diverse and food was delicious. an excellent value option for a chilled resort experience in Ubud.」

「The staff is the highlight. Very friendly and helpful, so the stars are mostly for them. The facilities could definitely use a revamp. The hot water from the shower was inconsistent, it would sometimes become piping hot for a few seconds. We also had the problem of not having hot water after a while on the first night, which was fixed but still was a hassle because it went cold when our kid was showering.
