The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast was great, we tried the scrambled eggs, the vegetable omelet and the breakfast bagel which were all very yummy. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and lots of shops. The property is gorgeous and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and quick to respond, and the room was comfortable. The room was spacious and the balcony was lovely and relaxing. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The breakfast atmosphere was also great, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Ubud Village Hotel - the rooms were amazing, the location was right in the centre of town (but you wouldnt know it from your room or the pool - which was an oasis). The staff and food and cocktails were also amazing. Equiv to a 4 star hotel at home for a quarter of the price - will stay again.

I had an amazing stay at the Ubud Village Hotel. It was in a great location, easily walkable to everything, quiet, clean, spacious rooms and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would defintely stay here again.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The first room did not match the description, which stated it would have one king bed; instead, two twin beds were pushed together. When we raised this concern, the staff were friendly and moved us to another room. Unfortunately, in the second room we were shocked to find feces stuck on the outside of the toilet bowl, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. After complaining again, we were moved to a third room, only to discover that the air conditioning was not working. Although the staff promptly cleaned the bathroom and were polite throughout, by that point the situation had completely ruined our overall experience.
