The owners are really nice people, very helpful. But the place needs more hygiene, specifically mattress, that had a weird smell. But for the price we just went on and stayed happy, specially the breakfast, that saved us every morningm
This is an adequate place to stay if you go in with the expectation that it is a homestay, not a hotel. All staff were very friendly and courteous. The floor was quite clean but the room was very basic and old, with dirty walls. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. A light breakfast is included but other amenities listed on Expedia were not: for example, there is no daily housekeeping and no toiletries, not even soap! We did get towels and toilet paper upon request! Also note there is NO HOT WATER. In Ubud you don’t absolutely need it, but it would make the first minute of showering more comfy! For those on a budget, I’d still recommend this place for the very convenient and central location. Just be prepared.
Honestly a lovely stay here. It is family run and everyone was very sweet and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the price even better. They graciously arranged private transport at a fair price and even brought me a forgotten item after check out. Very nice people and very nice stay here. 100% recommend.
The place is in the heart of the city so very convenient if you want that access.
Extremely inexpensive but still should be clean. The beds were fine however the bathroom / toilet although rinsed had somewhat of a smell.
No HoT water which is something hotel.com should note
The home hosts were rude and not accommodating whatsoever; I asked a simple question about the locking mechanism on the door and I was met with coldness and angst from the hosts. Real pieces of work, stay AWAY.
Excellent location although my driver in a car had to park a short 2 min walk away because it’s a difficult street for cars, not for scooters. Cheap massage and market extremely close by! Excellent breakfast included. Nice balcony set up. Only complaint is the children were very loud all day long. They would play as children do so I can’t be mad, but they would scream and shout all day. Would be nice if they didn’t scream. But I’m glad they’re happy and playing safely. Also no hot water but again it’s ok. Plenty of restaurants and activities near by. Very helpful and friendly staff!
Very well located homestay, right next to the monkey forest road behind the market. Quiet neighborhood with nice and yummy Warungs around.
The accommodation was clean. I missed a towel and the possibility to fix my mosquito net.
Home stay is in center of town . easy access to rrstaurants and stores , but still quiet . Owners of the homestay are so nice and heloful with everyrhing including getting tours arranged . Thank you
Cozy charming. The basics. Great spot in town. Friendly owner.

Cheap and right in he middle of ubud
The people and area were brilliant. The room was basic as could be. No shower temperature control. no toilet paper. And tiny ants everywhere across the room. They didn’t bit but they were incredibly annoying.
Nice building and garden. Some rooms have very thin walls, but apart from that it's very quiet, no noise from outside. The location is very central. You get a very good breakfast of your choice on your terrace.
Close to main road. Breakfast provided. Apart from that very average rooms with musty smell. Dont come here if you want a good nights rest as it is noisy
Staff are very friendly and responsive. The room is comfortable, the building and garden very nice, breakfast great. But walls are so thin it's acoustically like sharing with your neighbours and worst: I had bedbugs in my room, which will probably ruin at least my next two weeks.

It has all you need. Bed, little terrace with table and chairs, toilet and shower.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Recommendation is to have a sleeping bag as you don’t know how clean the bed is.
It was nice home stay at Arjuna home stay. I like that rooms are so clean and more then enough size for one person. Just couldn’t use hot shower and there was no toilet paper. But the location was perfect for me to see go around. They bring breakfast to my room and eat at the my balcony. You can chose your breakfast from the menew.
