This hotel was perfect for exploring Canggu. It’s walking distance to multiple beach clubs, restaurants, spas, and shops. The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to help us with everything from arranging transportation to recommending places to eat. The food at the hotel was delicious too! We will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were also super friendly and helpful. I was initially given a room in block D which directly faces a nightclub and you could hear the music and the rowdy crowd clearly. This was notwithstanding that at check in, I had specifically asked if the room was quiet facing and the staff said yes. First night was alright as the club was closed but on the second night, I made a complaint. They then shifted me to another room in block B which was much quieter. If you prefer a quieter room, you might want to double check with the hotel during check in and avoid any rooms facing the club.

Great experience. No regrets at all. Felt completely safe as a solo traveller, close by to Finn’s / atlas and nearby cafe a restaurants and shops. Even at night did not feel scared, there’s security, very clean room. Great pool. Would totally recommended. Staff very friendly.

My wife and I had an absolutely incredible 8-night stay at The Komu last year. Our room on the 5th floor was beautifully decorated, and the entire hotel has such a great vibe with fantastic amenities - especially the rooftop pool and amazing staff. Breakfast is à la carte, and wow… we still talk about how good the food was. Truly one of the best hotel options in the area. Highly recommended
