Maya Ubud Resort & Spa was an unforgettable stay. My room had 2 balconies that offered stunning views, and waking up to the sounds of nature each morning brought a deep sense of peace and tranquility. The infinity forest pool was beautiful, but the river infinity pool was my favorite- Truly a one of a kind experience surrounded by jungle. The food was spot on, and there was daily entertainment with live bands and performances, which added so much to the atmosphere. On top of it all, the resort is perfectly located in the heart of Ubud, making it easy to reach most of the area's famous attractions while still feeling like a private escape.

The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful serene hotel in the heart of the rainforest. Our villa had an infinity pool which was beautiful and the outdoor hotel infinity pools were also phenomenal. We couldn’t get into the spa as it was booked out but that would have been excellent too. We had an amazing time at this resort and the service was phenomenal.

The two pools are pretty and I like the whole setting with trees, makes it feel like pools inside a forest. The staff is very friendly and the buggy service makes me feel like a royalty. Great service, great food, and good location where you feel exclusive. They did have construction going on however at the front entrance so keep this in mind. They also had construction going on along the tennis courts but this does not take away from the quality of service and happiness they provide. Eka, Mei, Putra was our butler and he did a fantastic job and was always there if anything was needed, 5 out 5 starts for you and the rest of the team!! Good work and stay here!
