Very interesting hotel

Nice hotel, exceptional service. Food for both lunch and dinner was very good. Nice breakfast but chaotic, not enough tables, staff serve coffee, which means you wait and only one man on the egg station. Roof top bar and pool are great. Art work round the hotel is interesting. Disappointed we got a room on the ground floor with balcony which looked onto a brick wall.

This is an amazing hotel! From the staff, to the ever changing delicious breakfast buffet every morning, to the large spacious modern room. Everything was perfect! Area is very walkable, close to shops, restaurants and just minutes from the beach. Would highly recommend!

It was our first time to Bali and we stayed 8 nights in room 413. It was a lovely stay. Everything was clean, the staff are welcoming and helpful and the breakfast has a lot of options. All was really good and we would stay again if ever in Sanur.

Great stay ending up extending a few nights. Best part was actually pool and the bigger rooms. First floor was OK, but a bit noisy from resto/bar area.

Hotel is well located. About 3-5 min walk from the beach. Very comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again if in Sanur area. Got the room facing the main road so it was a little noisy sometimes from the car horning but other than that perfect place to stay.

Clean hotel in the heart of Sanur. Wonderful staff, comfortable bed. Great breakfast buffet. Close to restaurants. Arranged an airport shuttle for us and took that worry away. We wish we had stayed in Sanur longer.

Excellent choice in Bali

This was our 3 rd stay at Artotel in 6 years. Fabulous as always. Great location to boardwalk and delicious gelato a few steps away.

Great hotel could not fault anything

The Artotel was just great from the moment we arrived were greeted by friendly helpful staff on reception. The rooms were lovely a really good size and very clean, all areas of the hotel were spotless really staff were cleaning from first thing on a morning till night. Great breakfast every morning plenty of choice, lovely pool and bar on the hotel roof nice place to chill out. great location too lots of shops bars and restaurants all round the hotel and just a short walk to the beach we will certainly stay here again

Nice hotel

Nice hotel close to beach and easy walk to bars and restaurants. Good breakfast. Pool was nice but no shade as staff insisted umbrellas were taken down even with no wind. Lots of effort to nake the hotel arty but jot enough making it practical

This hotel has the BEST customer service I've ever seen. Everyone is so polite and willing to help if you have a question. The infinity pool on the roof has the best view. Great breakfast options. 3 minutes away from Sanur Beach. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay in Bali.
