Everyone was very welcoming, especially the man at the front desk, who was always there to ensure all our questions and requests were answered. The rooms were exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The jungle view was the perfect touch, see the wild life approach our pool was beautiful, from birds, monkeys and smaller animals. The food at the restaurant was delicious. And the location of the hotel was not too far from downtown ubud.

Amazing staff that made you feel like family. Service was outstanding and if you needed anything they jumped to serve you. They were very quick to arrange any services and the quality of food in the place was some of our best meals on the entire vacation. Get the samosas, spring rolls or anything really. Can’t wait to see what it looks like when construction is finished.
