「We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was your typical continental selection—nothing fancy, but perfectly fine. I especially enjoyed having access to the pool. One thing to note is that the carpeted area around the pool tends to stay wet, which is understandable but something to be aware of. Unfortunately, the sauna was not working during our stay. It snowed while we were there, and the parking lot was cleared...

「Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...

We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this...
