Loved the 3 bedroom suite, was perfect for our family to stay after tubing with SacoBound, which is right across the street. Also had a pool, picnic tables, a playground, fire pits, etc. outside, which was great for the kids. Overall very pleased with our first visit to this motel.

Excellent stay! My husband and I loved staying in the Suite. It was clean and so roomy. I suggest bringing chairs for sitting out front or out back. The facility is so neat with a playground and a pool. The staff was great. Had a great sleep too! Close by eating. North Conway not far. We would definitely go back.

Just stating the facts: tiny rooms, only one outlet worked, the mini fridge froze all of our food in turn ruining it, no water pressure, all outside chairs were somewhat broken. In fact, my 70 year old father unknowingly sat in a broken plastic Adirondack chair and fell right through to the ground. Pool wasn’t too bad.
