「服务员很周到热情」

「What a lovely property with excellent location at the old town square. If you are looking to an overnight post or pre cruise departure, this is the place! Clean rooms, large showers and quaint cafe next door. Staff was friendly and helpful what a find. We would definitely return:)」

「Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.」

「We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「挺好的」

「Very clean, smelled amazing, pleasant hostesses Parking was available right in front of hotel, quiet and air conditioning worked amazingly.」

「Very nice place and even better location!」

「Good location but the worst facilities. It was frozen at night, the elevator didn’t work, noisy room without windows, no phone no chair, no water to drink horrible experience.」

「Super cute, at peast i have one more place to stay in other times」

「The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL」

「Wonderful stay. Amazing staff available 24/7 for anything and everything. Free covered and secure parking. Penthouse gym and morning breakfasts. Private and comfortable room. This will be our new spot.」
