「No nos hicieron el servicio de habitacion.」

「Great staff. Units are spotless!! Nice views.」

「The room and breakfast was about average with the other hotels in the immediate area. The staff was very nice (especially the woman working the breakfast during the week.) We had issues with the elevator 3-4 times. Either we had to have the staff reset the elevator (they said it was old). Not very comforting. Also, our TV did not work. 「The front desk staff is nice.」

Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

The one bar which has supposedly completed its renovation was not open during our multi-night stay. Instead they relocated this bar to a meeting room with a temporary bar set up. Not impressed. Imagine paying over $20 for a margarita at the temporary bar poorly lit and no ambiance. The pool is poorly maintained -- especially on Saturday there...

「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」
