「Great location. You're an easy drive or walk to anything you want to do in Richmond. The suites are enormous and worked perfectly for our family of 3. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. Valet parking is convenient and the overall stay was excellent. Will definitely stay here again Thanks!」

「It served the function of being a hotel in a convenient location. The entrance is a bit hard to find since it's down the hallway and there's not much signage. Elevators are kinda weird but that's just personal preference」

The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine.」
