When we called the front desk about an issue in the room, she attended to it herself because the housekeeping staff was not available at that hour. She also took the trash out herself, cleaned the bathroom floor which was not really required, or expected from a front desk staff member."

"This is my third time staying at this property, it is super convenient to access the wineries around Hector. It’s nice to drive down to the water and sit on the dock and watch sunset.
