「Great」

「The property and rooms are absolutely stunning, think upscale, boutique Nantucket vibes with pockets of ‘old money’ feels. Everything was clean, the lobby and each ‘cabin’ smells phenomenal. The kind of trip you take and think, ‘wow I need to work harder so I can come to places like this more often’. Highly recommend renting their free bikes and biking down the street to their quaint ‘downtown area’, check out Patty’s place for an at home/diner style breakfast. Perfect quiet location just 30...

「服务态度好设施好 楼下就是赌场」

「The hotel looks okay overall, and the staff were friendly. However, please be extremely careful with the breakfast waffle machine. The top handle/hinge was far too loose. When I opened it, the lid fell down and burned the back of my hand. Although the front desk provided burn ointment at the time, the wound has since festered/ulcerated and remains very painful. I am unsure how long it will take to heal. Management needs to repair or replace that equipment immediately before someone else gets...

「Conveniently located in downtown area. The accommodations were basic and met our needs. Peeling paint on the pipe above the shower needs attention and the upper wall of the shower could have used a little more cleaning. The restaurant downstairs was closed during our stay. The staff person at the desk was nice.」

「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「我这一个月旅行中住的最舒心的酒店」

「Beautiful lakefront hotel, within 25 minute walk along the lake to get to downtown Canandaigua's shops and restaurants. Close walking distance to Kershaw Koffee. Clean, safe and to comfortable hotel.」

「HVAC was very noisy. Refrigerator was also noisy. Neighboring rooms were extremely noisy: poor insulation i suppose. Soap and shampoo in shower was empty. Restaurant did a poor job with our reservations, assigned the two of us a table for 8-10! The $21 hamburger was weak at best. We will not return.」

「环境优美安静」

「This is the second time we have stayed here. The property has a great location and easy to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a great view of the lake. Our room had a private patio, which was perfect for morning coffee. Staff is always helpful and have great suggestions for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend staying here.」

「超出预期，期待春夏再去体验」

「The lake view was perfect」

「Very friendly; loved that there was always cold pitchers of water in the downstairs fridge. Breakfast was good」
