"AC wasnt needed but the heat worked great The staff was outstanding ,very attentive and on top of your every need In Syracuse NY area there is lots of snow and the nice thing was they plowed and shoveled so it wasn't an issue for traveling people .They made me feel like family when I got the knock on the door asking guest to move cars so the plow guy could do a great job anything you need can be brought to your door in no time ..it's that centrally located to everything.. Every morning not to early I was created by the nicest front of house manager and was wondering if I needed anything The room was great large cathedral ceiling with beams ,king size bed with very comfortable mattress,writing desk, microwave and fridge sitting bench as well as a chair to curl up in to read a good book. Satellite TV with pay channels ..I had never stayed at a Red Carpet Inn and i was sceptical I booked 1 day but after that 1day I ended up staying 3 weeks the layout of the building ,the room the big walk in shower the place was great but after you add in the staff it was exceptional and this hotel too is under a great transformation and you can see it everywhere . It's very well kept kudos to all the staff and managers for doing what they do So if your in the Syracuse it's worth the extra few miles ..tell them Kevin sent you and you would like room 210 "
